After Almost 4 Decades On Death Row Florida Executes Its 17th Inmate

 

Many people are questioning the death penalty as a deterrent where

4 convicts with an execution date

Which due to all manner of legal appeals and motions the execution a future time again and again now awaits

No one wants to kill a convict who is innocent

Which explains the appeals and money spent

Wonder if the time on pins and awaiting the granting or denial of an appeal is cruel and unusual punishment

Might be better to have in death penalty cases no possibility of parole and life  imprisonment

First Crime Alleged Crime In Space Falsely Charged Against U.S. Female Astronaut

 We know that criminal activity crossing national borders too often exists

The lure of money or property is a magnet too powerful to resist

Today we learned that Summer Worden who had accused her  Astronaut estranged wife of without obtaining her permission to access her account while in the ISS

But as the facts as to the formation of the account, history of prior withdrawals, change of beneficiaries, and pressure to face judgment distress,

Worden to reduce fines and prison times entered a guilty plea

At her sentencing on February, 26,2026 a good chance probation only we will see

On the non-criminal side of human behavior involving space

Blue Origin was launched into space by SpaceX to Mars race

Unmanned but when manned learning to live without any criminal traits

That if not erased, may survive the voyage but not the colonies’ Roanoke fate
