ICE Thwarted by District Court Judge From Deporting Columbia Antisemitic Protestor Khalil

 

Trump and his fellow MAGA Reds campaigned long and hard against lawfare
Actions brought against him by state politicized AG’s and a politicized DOJ and FBI to damage his campaign beyond repair
Now that he destroyed the Word Salad Queen
In one of the greatest comebacks ever seen
He still faces the remnants of lawfare on steroids as judicial warfare
Where a federal District Court judge most likely an Obama or Biden pick Trump’s executive orders with a TRO ensnared
Columbia has been under assault by antisemitic pro-Palestinian seizures and protests
Often led by Mahmoud Khalil whom ICE called linked to Hamas and who they would arrest
Claiming his student visa had expired and he should be deported
While his band leftist supporters a green card he held was reported
A federal judge stopped ICE in its tracks to Khalil deport from the nation
If he was here on a student visa expired the judge merits total condemnation
If in fact he has a green card ICE will have to follow the rule of law
If his protest activities are proved to enable deportation, the TRO is flawed
If his protest activities are permitted and do not merit deportation
Although his antisemitic protests merit our condemnation
ICE cannot deport until emboldened by the judge’s TRO
He crosses the line so out of this nation he will be forced to go
