Mark Cuban is the epitome of the entrepreneurial
American Dream
Success beyond belief which is why he may be held in such high esteem
Without family money to create dot.com companies that took off like rockets
Smart enough when selling to AOL to hedge and when dot.com bubble burst retain
large funds in his pocket
He seems when it comes to politics on an even keel
Lacks from left or right the curse of politicizing zeal
But like all entrepreneurs he has learned from his mistakes
His idea to ban the National Anthem at Maverick games brought out the coals to over
them him rake
He epitomizes the hidden line to the Anthem’s end
The message that we should never be prevented by the left from trying to send
“Home of the Brave, Land of the Free
Freedom to achieve what all one dreams to Be”
On ending the Anthem at home games of Mavericks Cuban quickly chose to fold
Hopefully he saw he error of his ways and not from the edict from NBA he was
told
