Trump and his administration to implement his MAGA agenda has
been engaged in a war on 3 fronts
Tooth and nail against Blues, the MSM and unelected activist
judges with their TRO hammers to confront
The Blues who do not control the House or the Senate have
been relegated to not defeating but only trying to delay
With TRO’s from litigation that are more than just speed bumps
to get in the way
And the MSM with its steady anti-Trump vicious ad hominem
attacks has seen its ratings keep going down the drain
Only people who will watch and listen or read are those with
dysfunctional TDS Stage rampant infections in their brains
But the activist judges are welcoming any State AG or civilian
plaintiffs seeking TRO relief with open receptive ears
Issuing TRO’s that extend beyond the district and state to
cover the entire nation and even beyond its shores while knowing they will be
overturned having no fear
What is sought is the implementation of the MAGA agenda to delay
Hoping to regain the Senate and the House as firm road
blocks in Trump’s way
Judge Edward Chen, an Obama appointed judge, has stopped Kristi
Noem’s end of protected status for a 1.1 million unvetted migrants from Venezuela
and Haiti
Regardless of how many criminal Venezuelans and Haitians are
in the nation running free
The only way to end activist judges ignoring the separation
of powers to by TRO’s is for the
president on their retirement replace
Is for Reds to retain a majority of the Senate and House and
for at least for the next 2 presidential elections have a Red the Oval Office
grace
To maintain SCOTUS with a ratio of at least 5 conservatives
to liberals who number no more than 4
Such that any leftist solutions that survive Circuit Courts
of Appeal will at SCOTUS find a locked door
If Reds can increase Senate majorities to 2/3rds ,
impeachment becomes a realistic tool
To replace activist judges so once again common sense solutions
rule
