Biden’s
abrupt withdrawal generated scenes worse than the evacuation from Saigon
The
Paris Peace Accords would quickly lead to military aid especially in the air
shortly being gone
Ford
failed to get Congress to fund any more dollars and the lasting peace revealed
as a face saving charade
The
NVA forces were soon streaming to Saigon almost as if on a military parade
Vietnamese
soldiers and citizens who had worked for the U.S. were in a conga line of panic
heading up to the roof of the U.S. Embassy
Knowing
they would face retribution if they could not flee
The
last two American casualties two Marines died in a rocket attack on Tan Son
Nhut Air Base 3 miles from Saigon on the day before Saigon fell
But
the Marines guarding the Embassy and civilians fleeing safely were able to bid farewell
But
most of the choppers landing on U.S. carriers offshore
Were
pushed into the sea to make room for more
Fast
forward to Biden’s tail between the legs pullout from Afghanistan
Thousands
of Afghans boarding cargo planes in panic to escape the Taliban
Running
after the planes as they took off in a futile attempt to the planes cling
Knowing
if successful a soon death from falling off the attempt would bring
But
unlike evacuation from Saigon, a suicide bomber detonated his suicide vest
And
13 military personnel trying to protect the evacuation were sent to their
eternal rest
Their
deaths were tragic but the scenes of Biden when the flag draped caskets arrived
at Andrews Air Force Base
Were
those that Americans especially military personnel will never erase
Biden
kept looking at his watch as if he did not want or could be bothered to be
standing there
The
blood on his hands could not be seen as he was oblivious to the facts that
American deterrence of foes like Russia, Iran, Hamas and China he had impaired
Trump
honored the military personnel killed and wounded by the blast
With
a proclamation and announcement of intent to rename the DOD of one of “war”
signifying the end of policy of America last
