Trump
and certain Red States have declared war on the DEI epidemic that has invaded
all aspects of Americans’ life
But
Blues in Congress and all areas targeted by DEI are waging in opposition a
tooth and nail strife
From
concealing by renaming programs and positions so DEI ceases to exist
To
students and faculties allowing whites supervising or teaching DEI programs resist
DEI
requirements do not include, promote equity or force entities to diversity
comply
Rather
the diversity requirement too often means whites need not apply
Rochelle
Hoffman who is white was appointed Interim Director of the University of
Wisconsin-Eau Claire of its Multicultural
Student Services but
ran into student opposition because she was white
Clearly qualified to assume the position and
opposition was not right
After 8 months of hostility from staff and
students she resigned and filed a lawsuit
The University without admitted guilt settled
by payment of $265,000 in loot
DEI might have a better chance of success
If “Dedication, Excellence and Integrity” was
stressed
Which would go a long way to remove anxiety
over the color of persons hired to do dangerous or needed skills
Is the pilot black because of Diversity and
Inclusion or when it comes to safely flying or landing the plane he or she
will?
